Government funded sessions
15 hrs free childcare:
All 3 and 4 year olds are eligible for 15 free hours of childcare per week, starting from the term after their third birthday.
30 hrs free childcare:
We also offer funded places for up to 30 hours per week for 3 to 4 year olds, subject to eligibility.
In addition to being able to offer funded places to children from age 3, we are also able to offer funded places to 2 year olds whose families who meet the set criteria.

Tax credits
If you or your partner work at least 16 hours a week you may be entitled to financial assistance in the form of Family Tax Credits. www.hmrc.gov.uk
Barkway non-ecclesiastical trust funding
Barkway Non-Ecclesiastical Trust was established in 1907 for the residents of Barkway and Nuthampstead. Help is available in the form of small grants and loans to those in financial need or with unexpected financial burdens. If you require temporary financial assistance with preschool fees, please apply using the form below. All information supplied will help the trustees consider each application as quickly as possible and will be handled in the strictest confidence.
