Charlotte Garrett Preschool Leader - Level 3
Charlotte has been working in the early years sector for over 11 years where she has gained a wealth of experience and has a real passion for preschool education. Charlotte believes that learning should be through play and exploration and that the environment is a vital factor in supporting child-led play. Charlotte is also an advocate for outdoor play and thinks that there is nothing better than making a mud pie or two and splashing in puddles!
Charlotte also has experience of working with children who have SEN and has taken on the role of our SENCo along with the role of Designated Safeguarding Person.
Lisa Jarman Deputy Leader - Level 3
Affectionately known by the children as 'Mrs Lollipop', Lisa recently gained her Level 3 certification. She leads much of the planning of the weekly activities for the children, based on our theme for the term. Lisa has great rapport with the children and is always full of wonderful new ideas to keep them inspired and entertained.
